Normal processing time includes fulfilling your order(s) + shipping. This is usually 3-5 days. Please allow for added processing time during the holiday season(s).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00 within the contiguous United States and Canada. Transit times will vary depending on shipping method and destination. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order. The tracking status of your shipment may start to 48-72 hours once a label has been created. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We offer expedited shipping options for domestic orders placed within the continental United States. Pricing is dependent upon the destination and weight of the package. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, barring holiday delays.

We are not currently offering shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

We currently do not offer refunds. However, Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority. If your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. This is subject to proof of delivery.
